Our authentication infrastructure is securely managed by Clerk. When you authenticate via Facebook, we request and collect only the following standard permissions:

  • Email Address: The primary email address associated with your Facebook account.

We use the information collected via Facebook SSO solely for the following purposes:

  • To create, manage, and secure your AisleBye user account.
  • To authenticate your identity when you log into the Service.
  • To communicate with you regarding account updates, transactional notifications, and customer support.

We do not use your Facebook profile data for advertising, nor do we sell or share this data with third-party brokers.

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Processors

We use Clerk as our identity management platform. The data retrieved from your Facebook login is securely transmitted to and stored by Clerk in compliance with industry-standard security protocols. You can view Clerk's privacy practices directly on their official website.

4. How to Delete Your Data (Data Deletion Requests)

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and remove the information retrieved from Facebook Login from AisleBye, you can do so at any time:

  • Log into your account settings page within the AisleBye application and select “Delete Account”.
  • Alternatively, you can request data deletion by emailing our support team at: aislebye@gmail.com.

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your user profile and all associated data from our active databases within 30 days.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top.
